How do I add a new credit card or remove an expired one?
- To add and activate a new card, please upload a scan or photo of the front side of your new card through "My Account" section ->"Documents" tab. You should receive feedback within 24 hours. - To remove a card from your account, please contact our Customer support via chat or email at [email protected]. Request the card removal by only mentioning the first and last 4 digits of your card number, as well as its expiry date via email or instant message. You should receive a response within 24 hours.
