How do I cancel my withdrawal request?

A withdrawal can be cancelled only if it is still in “Pending” status. Note that once the withdrawal status changes to “Processed”, there is no possibility to cancel your withdrawal. 
To cancel a pending withdrawal, proceed as follows:

1. Go to “My Account” section -> “Transaction History” tab.
2. Select “Banking” section and chose the corresponding withdrawal you wish to cancel.
3. Click on the “Cancel Withdrawal” button.

The funds will immediately be returned to your balance. 
Always visit the “Banking” section to view a list of your current, processed and reversed withdrawal requests.
